To tell you about another great personality, a person who was too introvert to talk to even his cousin sister, but today he is a role model for many youths in Kolkata.. and the one of the best nominations for the Youth Icon of Kolkata, If I tell you about his achievements, he scored 96% in his +2 exams from Don Bosco, Liluah which is one of the best school in Kolkata.. He was doing his B.Com from SRCC (Shree Ram College of Commerce, Delhi) which is best in the continent for commerce education, he is All India Rank holder in his C.A P.E.-1 and C.S P.E-1, he was Sports Secretary of his college, he was also one of the best player of Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Chess and Cricket.. But, as we know, success comes hard way, When he asked his father about the business part, father angrily refused, thinking his son is going some wrong way for money, this was because he was unable to explain properly to his father, but he really wanted to make big and thus seeing the potential of eBIZ, he decided to join eBIZ , so arranged 25000 rs. From the market, and friends and then joined eBIZ with Compensation Plan on 8th June 2006,without informing his father… He decision fetched results and 14 months after that when he came back to his home completing his graduation.. He gifted his parents a black coloured Hyundai Accent Viva CRD-I worth Rs.8 lakh, in front of around 1000 peoples at Gyan Manch Auditorium in Kolkata, that is not enough , today his income is something around Rs. 20-25 thousand ………………… per day and he is a GOLD DIPLOMAT with a whopping group of 25000+ peoples He was given a status of HNI (High Net-worth Individual) by ICICI bank… This is how eBIZ is changing the life of the youths of the country in every possible way… If he can do it then obviously, we can also do it……

Dr. Malhan at first showed this presentation to 5 peoples in Amritsar and at the end of the presentation every body was absolutely motivated and said – What a great system!!... How to create presentors?
If a person has never been on to the stage then make him start with the testimonies and make him feel comfortable on the stage. Then with the introduction part and so on.
If the person goes for the presentation for the first time then his uplines should be there to support him and if he lacks somewhere then the senior partner could replace him.

How to take presentation. Few points to be followed when you take presentation.
1)
Firstly when a person is going for the presentation the first thing he should have in his mind is the physical appearence .i.e he should be properly dressed, clean shaved, nice tie.
See presentation means how you present yourself so if you are the person who is taking the stage for around 2-3 hours you should be prentable so that the people have nice impression about you.
2)
Firstly before starting taking presentation what I feel is that a person should feel comfortable on the stage. Firstly he should be more relax on the stage and this can only be done by getting on to the stage.
If the person has some stage fear firstly he should get onto the stage for the testimony part and gain some confidence and feel bit relax on the stage. After gaining the confidence he should start taking the presentation.
3)
While taking presentation a person should keep an eye to eye contact with the guests.
He should not be looking down or up while taking presentation
4)
Your pitch volume should vary .i.e. when there is something important in the presentation the pitch volume should go high and the rest presentation should be smooth.
5)
You should cover the entire stage. The entire stage should be covered while taking presentation.
6)
You should have a nice body language .i.e how you are covering the stage, the ex-pressions you give while taking presentation, how you use your hands during the presentation.

Before inviting a person you should know what does he wants i.e his area of interest if he is bit money minded you can invite him by saying whatever method you use always mantain the gravity of the system and the presentor and whatever you speak you should be very confident.
1)There is a big business oppurtunity and people at very young age and in a very little time are making good money. So if you wanna know what is it then invite him. (generate curiousity in the person and let him find what it is all about).
2) You can invite a person by saying that I have joined a business and I want you to help me how to expand it. So for that you have to come along with me.
3) People younger to you and about your age are making huge income and they have come all the way from there respective cities to share their success story.
4) You can invite by emphasising on the importance of internet business .i.e he can do this business anywhere in the world.
5)People are promoting it part time and then also making healthy income.
6) Its an nice business oppurtunity and if it clicks good you can make big money.
7) Its a nice way to generate your pocket money along with your studies.

1) Invite them by saying about a educational seminar.
2) Invite them by telling about the e-education seminar.
3) Invite them by saying its an seminar about entrepreneurship.
