HOW TO GIVE GOOD PRESENTATION

How to take presentation. Few points to be followed when you take presentation.

1)

Firstly when a person is going for the presentation the first thing he should have in his mind is the physical appearence .i.e he should be properly dressed, clean shaved, nice tie.

See presentation means how you present yourself so if you are the person who is taking the stage for around 2-3 hours you should be prentable so that the people have nice impression about you.

2)

Firstly before starting taking presentation what I feel is that a person should feel comfortable on the stage. Firstly he should be more relax on the stage and this can only be done by getting on to the stage.

If the person has some stage fear firstly he should get onto the stage for the testimony part and gain some confidence and feel bit relax on the stage. After gaining the confidence he should start taking the presentation.

3)

While taking presentation a person should keep an eye to eye contact with the guests.

He should not be looking down or up while taking presentation

4)

Your pitch volume should vary .i.e. when there is something important in the presentation the pitch volume should go high and the rest presentation should be smooth.

5)

You should cover the entire stage. The entire stage should be covered while taking presentation.

6)

You should have a nice body language .i.e how you are covering the stage, the ex-pressions you give while taking presentation, how you use your hands during the presentation.
